In bold letters they announce “WARNING” Notice of Parking Violation.” The problem is identified, and a final date and time to have the problem corrected or the vehicle removed from the property is given, as well as the date and time for the involuntary tow being stated. A tenant is directed to protest the tow, PRIOR TO THE TOW by contacting the property leasing office.
•Assuming a continuing business relationship, Sherri Lynne’s will furnish to you, for posting on your property a limited number of aluminum “No Parking” signs which also contain our contact information for any vehicle which has been removed.
